Donate to the shelter

Over 10,000 homeless and abandoned animals each year find a new home through shelters/rescues- would you PLEASE help us?

We want to start out by saying that Buddy's Bandits is NOT a 501(c)3 non-profit organization at this time. We are accepting donations towards this goal. Being a non-profit will give us a chance to apply for grants, give our supporters a tax credit, & much more. So PLEASE help us reach our goal amount of $2000 so we can finally say we are a non-profit organization!

Buddy's Bandits INC was started because unfortunately there is a need for animal rescues/shelters. Thousands of animals are euthanized everyday due to overpopulation & there doesn't seem to be an end in sight. Spaying/Neutering reduces or elminates:

  • Frustration in resisting the natural urge to mate. Your companion will be less distracted, more easily trained, & a more contented member of your family.

  • The animal's need to roam in search of a mate, decreasing the chances that your pet will become lost, get into fights with other animals or be hit by a car.

  • Messy heat cycles in females & attractin unwanted males.

  • The tendency to bite. However, your pet will still be protective of his home & family even after being altered. Aggression is different from protectiveness.

  • Spraying, wailing, marking territory, or making inappropriate sexual approaches toward people or objects.

  • The extra expense for food or beterinary care in the eent of an unexpected litter.

  • Communities spend millions of tax dollars every year to care for unwanted, abandoned, and neglected animals.

Spaying/Neutering also has health benefits:

  • Early spaying of female animals can help protect them from uterine infections & breast cancer.

  • Neutering male animals can lessen its risk of developing benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate gland) and testicular cancer.

The procedure has no effect on a pet's intelligence or ability to learn, play, work, or hunt. Some pets tend to be better behaved following surgical removal of their ovaries or testes, making them more desirable companions!

While in our care it does cost us for not only any necessary vetting, (such as alteration, heartworm testing, or any other problems that may arise), but food, cleaning supplies, bedding, & the list goes on. Until we are a 501(c)3 rescue & can apply for grants to help with these things, we rely on YOU! So will you PLEASE help us help the animals by donating today? If you want to donate supplies please contact us via email at: buddysbanditsrescue@gmail.com or if you would like to make a monetary donation pleae click on the donate button. Buddy's Bandits would like to thank you in advance!
